Position Summary:
As the Nail Technician, you will be the driving force behind the salon's operations, andcustomer relations, while making use of your industry knowledge and extensive experi-ence to our service offerings. This role requires a blend of self motivation, customer service acumen, and technical nail care expertise, ensuring the salon operates smoothlyand continues to meet our high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively take part in day-to-day salon operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Utilize your experience to perform nail services, including manicures, pedicures,nail art, and the latest nail care treatments.
• Ensure the salon environment is always clean, welcoming, and compliant withhealth and safety standards.
• Assist in manage inventory and supplies to ensure the salon is well-stocked withthe highest quality products.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience as a nail technician with a comprehensive understanding ofnail care techniques and trends.
• Technical knowledge and skills in working with gel nails and gel products.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Knowledge of the latest beauty trends, nail care techniques, and health and sa-fety regulations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
