NEW YORKER opens at Fields Copenhagen and searching for a Floor Supervisor!

In our store at Fields in Copenhagen, we are looking for a: 

Floor Supervisor full-time

Main work areas

• Trainee in store management according to the New Yorker concept
• Co-responsible for sales, turnover and status
• Responsibility for the daily operation of the store in the absence of managers
• Learn and assist the managers with sales administration such as economic key performance indicators
• Assist the managers with development, training and creating motivation in the team.
• All work that occurs in the store
• Cooperation with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker 

Your profile

• You must be at least 18 years old to work with us.
• Secondary education (STX, HHX, HTX eller HF) and preferably higher education in management, finance and/or commerce and fashion
• At least 1 year of work in retail and a talent for sales
• Preferably experience with sales administration, personnel administration and personnel management
• Good leadership skills and able to coach your employees
• Communicative, clear and receptive
• Skilled, independent and structured
• Committed and team-oriented
• Flexible, not easily stressed and likes to work in a busy environment
• Extensive knowledge of fashion and preferably experience from the fashion industry
• Good skills in Danish and English; skills in German are an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Excel
