Are you ready for a unique job in a fantastic industry with great development opportunities? We are looking for new Night Porter substitutes to join our team at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, where you’ll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Your Role

As a night porter, you’ll be the face of the hotel from 10:00 PM to 7:15 AM. Your main task is to ensure that our guests feel welcome and secure, while also handling various administrative duties. You will be responsible for check-ins and check-outs and providing service to guests during the night and early morning hours. Additionally, you’ll have several ad hoc tasks and be responsible for ensuring that workflows and checklists are managed effectively.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing personal service to guests and ensuring their comfort and safety, in collaboration with the external security company.
• Handling phone and email correspondence.
• Coordinating with other hotel departments.
• Various administrative tasks and night-time driving.
• Solving ad hoc tasks and reporting to relevant departments.

About You

As a night porter, you are calm, balanced, and enjoy working independently, though you will always have support from your colleagues. There will always be two people on shift in the reception, and an external security guard is on hand, so you are never alone. If any issues arise, your colleagues at other hotels are always just a phone call away. You should be able to handle both guest needs and any challenges that may arise during the night. Being able to communicate effectively in both Danish and English, both spoken and written, is essential. Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on having the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and fitting well into our team.
