ABOUT THE JOB
As part of our Reception team, you will daily be creating personal and magical experiences for our guests. Your mission will be to elevate our guests by driving processes and procedures internally to fulfill their individual needs, and build enduring relationships. You will play a key role as Night Receptionist responsible for the reception and the rest of the hotel during the night. Besides creating memorable moments and ensuring smooth stay for all guests, you will perform various administrative tasks, monitor safety, as well as provide in-room dining service and answer other guests’ requests. You will be at the heart of the hotel and our ambassador.

WE EXPECT
You are outgoing, service-minded and you enjoy the role as host. We also expect that you have experience from other hotels, preferably international and from the luxury segment. You thrive in an energetic and hectic environment with many tasks at the same time, and you manage to maintain full overview. You understand the importance of always being ‘on stage’ and always being fresh, rested and "perfectly groomed". Just as we expect you speak and understand English and perhaps Danish and a third language. You have a driver´s license.  Ideally, you can start as soon as possible.
