About the role
Our current Nordic Brand Manager is going on maternity leave, and we are now looking for a temporary replacement to cover for her until January 2026. In the role you will maximize marketing and drive brand love through great campaigns and creative content with the customer at heart! You will work across the Nordic region covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage regional campaigns
- Responsible for regional promotions for the menu categories Premium, Value, Core
- Brief, create and manage regional promotions from planning to activation
- Responsible for creating assets and content for food and value promotions for local implementation by Marketing Activation Teams
- Project budget management with input from Marketing Activation teams
- Close dialogue with local Marketing Activation teams to optimize toolboxes, needs and output
- Family & Happy Meal
- Plan and execute family strategy
- Based on market needs create regional activation plans for family experiences in restaurants
- Being the point of contact for McDonald’s Global related to Happy Meal and family
- Happy Meal program and calendar management
- Creative agency relationship - Day-to-day collaboration by project
