At BCG, we’re on the lookout for a Nordic Marketing Campaign Senior Specialist who can combine strategic thinking with a sharp pen and project management skills. You will work across marketing channels and countries in driving key Nordic marketing and communication campaigns on the world’s most pressing topics to enhance our business and share of voice.

In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will shape and implement marketing strategies, while enjoying a great deal of freedom to bring your knowledge and expertise into play to drive meaningful impact both internally and externally.

Join a forward-thinking 17-member team in the Nordics and have access to a global network of 300+ marketing professionals. This position is a parental cover for 12 months.

In short, your main tasks will be to:

  • Create marketing and communication strategies for business-critical topics targeted across segments and countries
  • Lead, design and execute engaging campaigns across key channels (digital, social media, PR, events, etc.) to effectively reach and impact key audiences. You will manage budgets, timelines, and progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Craft clear, compelling messages tailored to impact business leaders, young professionals and students together with a team of content creators.
  • Participate, develop and optimize collaboration with local marketing colleagues, while coordinating closely with topic experts and consulting teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and competitors, provide reports to stakeholders, and conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions.

YOU'RE GOOD AT


To succeed in this role, you are a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a sharp pen. You take initiative, work independently, and have a natural ability to lead and inspire others. Your problem-solving skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset, enable you to drive successful campaigns. You have a deep understanding of the business landscape with the ability to distill complex topics into actionable insights.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, and you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or communication role, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or comparable in-house position.

As a person, you are independent and hands-on with the ability to manage all steps of a project and still think strategically. You are structured, responsible and team-oriented. Ideally, you also bring one or more of the following traits to the table:

  • Experience in building and executing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with creative concepts and productions, including video production
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with a perspective on how to measure and evaluate metrics across the campaign lifecycle.
  • Successful track-record of cross-functional collaboration with teams, contributors, and stakeholders across multiple seniority levels
