About the role:
Are you an individual passionate about sparring with customers and advising on licensing best-practice and deal structure, looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are looking for a Nordic Solution Advisor to join our team and support our sales teams and partners in various aspects of software licensing and agreements throughout Nordics. We are a well-established Advisory Team with ten co-workers who are based across Nordics.
What you'll do:
Provide accurate and complete quotes for cloud/software products and services.
Knowledge of cloud/software products, licensing, programes, and services around VMware and/or Veeam
Advise on licensing and vendor partner programs regarding VMware or/and Veeam products and services.
Keep up to date with changes and updates in cloud/software products, services, programs, policies, and platforms.
Conduct online partner meetings to advice on given portfolio.
Optimize the partner experience by providing timely, accurate, and professional advisory and support.
Communicate with partners through various tools such as Teams, Outlook, phone, chat and ticketing system.
In this role you would be working closely together with sales, business management and with our technical resources in the Nordic.
What we're kindly looking for:
Fluent speaking in the local language you are applying for, and English skills are required.
Knowledge of cloud/software products and services around VMware and/or Veeam
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to communicate using a wide range of tools clearly and effectively with partners.
Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
High energy and motivation.
Experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor, ideally from a sales, advisory or Service Desk background.
Experience of working within a matrix structure.
Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment.
