We are looking for a Norwegian Marketing Assistant or Student Assistant for our office in Copenhagen, who can help us reach Norwegian restaurant guests and create increased awareness for DinnerBooking.com

This will involve your creative and digital mindset. We don’t expect you to know everything in advance. The keyword for our team is curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn.

• Creating engaging content for our blog universe

• Sending weekly newsletters to our 42,000 subscribers

• Managing and producing both paid and organic content for Facebook and Instagram

• Writing restaurant descriptions for Dinnerbooking.com

• Helping with translations from English to Norwegian

• Having a dialogue with the sales team regarding new leads

• You are fluent in written and spoken Norwegian

• You have impeccable writing skills and prioritize quality.

• You are proficient with Facebook Business Manager/Ads Manager and keep up with emerging trends in social media

• You are proactive and love to bring new ideas to the table

• You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call a restaurant if you need a quote or the right content for a post

• You are familiar with target groups and know how to find tone-of-voice

• You find joy in working with data

• You either have experience with WordPress and SEO or are willing to learn

• If you are applying as a student assistant, we expect you to have 12 months or more left in your studies in a relevant field.

Currently, DinnerBooking consists of nearly 34 employees spread across Europe. Our main office is located in Copenhagen.

As our new Norwegian Marketing Assistant, you will become a part of the Marketing team, which currently consists of dedicated employees from Denmark, Finland, Poland, Hungary and Estonia.  We are driven, love to exchange learnings, and take pride in delivering great content. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally.

You will refer to the team leader, which will consist of weekly content meetings.

• An engaging role in a growing company where your contributions will significantly influence the content we produce for our channels.

• Our office has an informal atmosphere with a flat management structure, which allows for collaborative decision-making on our strategic direction. Additionally, we're open to tailoring the role to you if you're the right match for our team.

• You will be a part of an office with dedicated colleagues and great team spirit - two days rarely look the same! We like to gather around the coffee machine or grab a beer after work. Twice a year we eat together for the restaurant festival DinnerDays, which we organize ourselves and we have lots of other social events.

• Besides, we offer a lunch arrangement.

• Our main office is in Copenhagen near the Amagerbro Metro. 

Working hours: 16-24 hours per week divided over two-three working days (on-site).
