Office Assistant for our Trucking Department

FL Trucking is a part of Frode Laursen, one of the largest transport and logistics companies in the Nordic region. The Trucking department is an independent division that carries out transport tasks for various departments within Frode Laursen, with a fleet of around 200 trucks and approximately 350 drivers from, among others, Poland.

As an office assistant in our Trucking department, you will be part of the link between our Danish and Polish offices. Therefore, it is required to be Polish speaking. You will work at our headquarters in Vitten, north of Aarhus, where you will become part of a team of 10 employees, split between the offices in Denmark and Poland.

Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming documents from drivers
• Registration of fuel cards
• Approval and management of invoices
• Communication with our Polish drivers
• Assistance with the registration and handling of Polish documents
• Various ad hoc tasks

Your Profile:
Your background is not critical for the job. However, it is important that you are good at keeping an overview and thrive in working with deadlines.
You are structured and take pride in completing tasks. You can focus on what is important here and now. You are a team player who enjoys being part of a competent team.
In addition to being Polish-speaking, you are also either English or Danish-speaking, although Danish is not a requirement.
