As our office assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the team in realizing our purpose. You will be managing and coordinating the company’s administrative activities as well as ensuring a well-functioning office environment. The role offers a combination of opportunity to undertake new projects and ongoing responsibilities such as, but not limited to, the following:
Home.Earth is an innovative and B-Corp certified real estate company with offices in the Netherlands and Denmark. Our mission is to chart a path towards more environmentally and socially sustainable urban development. Currently, we are developing our first 158 homes in Høje Taastrup and the project is on track to achieve the lowest carbon footprint for a multi-story residential building in Denmark.

We are seeking a person with experience in a dynamic work environment, where you actively engaged with others, demonstrated strong ownership and solution oriented approach. This could, for instance, be from a restaurant/café/bakery, retail shop, office environment, or factory unit. The most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn, but experience with some of the following is a strength:

The job is a full-time position based in Copenhagen. Working hours are between 9 and 17, and you are expected to be in the office every day.
You will be employed according to the Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) and salary range between 20.000 - 23.000DKK.
First day of employment is ideally November 1st.
