Kuba Denmark is a leading global provider of innovative ticketing solutions in the transport industry. We are seeking a proactive and diligent Office Assistant, also known as a Piccoline, to join our dynamic team at Kuba.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support and helping to maintain the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week, based at our office in Copenhagen. The hours will be distributed Monday through Thursday from 09.00 to 14.30 and Friday from 08.30 to 14.00.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Key tasks:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Responsibility for the canteen, including setting up and cleaning up lunch and breakfast.
  • Maintaining a clean and well organised office.
  • Assist with organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for employees
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and scanning
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including parcel deliveries
  • Manage and update spreadsheets and databases
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide support to the County Head and other team members
  • Ad hoc administration tasks, as required

About you

  • Previous experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role, would be desirable
  • Thrive on routine tasks, but can also keep an overview when unforeseen and new tasks arise
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Service minded, pro-active and take great pride in your job
