We are currently looking for a full-time Office Manager and HR Assistant to help us keep our offices nice and tidy, and running smoothly, and our colleagues happy!

This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing team in a fast-moving start up.

What does an Office Manager and HR Assistant do?
You will be responsible for office management and HR tasks. These include a range of tasks around the office, namely, the administrative aspect of the role means that you will be the go-to person for your colleagues who have questions about administrative functions, helping with planning their parental leave, and hiring new people to join us. The office management portion is to ensure that our office is well-functioning and tidy. As part of this you will be in contact with external people, such as landlords and others that help with maintenance.

In this role your primary areas of responsibility will be:

    • Setting up food for lunches and making sure that the office space and kitchen is clean and organized (e.g. filling and emptying the dishwasher)
    • Arranging weekly orders for the office, and acquiring supplies as needed
    • Event planning
    • Ad hoc tasks around the office
    • On- and offboarding of employees
    • Coordinating approvals and working with employee data to support smooth payroll cycles
    • Drafting contracts, parental leave agreements, being the go-to person for and other ad hoc administrative tasks

About You
We imagine that you are currently looking for a versatile full time position, where every day looks different.

The ideal candidate would describe themselves as:

    • Someone who likes to work independently
    • Proactive, highly detail-oriented, and organized
    • Service minded and focused on meeting deadlines
    • Has previous experience in HR and administrative tasks
    • You are comfortable speaking and writing in fluent English (as that is our common language)– fluency in Danish is also preferred

About the team
Eupry's team consists of over 20 nationalities, all working together on a mission to create user-friendly storage compliance solutions that will significantly improve the way our medicine, food, and other sensitive goods are stored and transported.

As a member of the Administration team, you will be reporting to our Finance Team Lead.
