Who are we looking for:

In this role, you’ll make sure that our workspace is organised, well-maintained and fully-stocked supporting a comfortable and productive environment for employees and guests. Your daily tasks will include managing common areas (such as kitchens and bathrooms), conducting daily rounds to replenish supplies, and coordinating with building management and vendors. You will also act as the main point of contact at reception for any workspace needs, contributing to a friendly and inclusive office culture.

If you are proactive, enjoy engaging with people, and can organise your own work day effectively, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Management: Ensure that the workspace remains clean and well-kept, including shared areas such as kitchen, bathrooms, and office equipment (coffee machines, lighting, bins etc.)
  • Stock and Supplies: Conduct daily rounds to replenish office essentials, including snacks, beverages, and meeting room supplies, while also managing recycling and sustainability initiatives.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with building management and external vendors to ensure operational excellence (e.g. ordering snacks, drinks and office supplies)
  • Workplace Experience: Act as a welcoming first point of contact for workspace-related inquiries, helping team members access the resources they need (e.g., stationery, office equipment).

Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Hospitality and or Facility Management: Prior experience in office coordination, vendor management, or maintaining workplace standards.
  • People - Centered Approach: Enthusiasm for roles that involve frequent interactions with colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and adapt to changing needs throughout the day.
  • Collaboration & Communication Skills: A proactive and approachable demeanour, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, vendors, and visitors.
  • Initiative & Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to anticipate needs and take independent action to keep the workspace running smoothly.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!

This role is part of The Workplace Experience team, within our global People and Culture department. Our team is a diverse group of professionals committed to hospitality and creating an engaging, inclusive, productive environment for employees, guests, and coaches alike. Together, we build communities and support the Lenus culture through open and honest communication, unwavering mutual support, and shared problem-solving. We can't wait to meet our new colleague!
