Offshore Welder Foreman for Gas Lift Project, DK - Esbjerg

We are looking for a skilled Welder Foreman to oversee our Gas Lift Project offshore, with a 2:2 rotation schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of welders and fabrication professionals during the offshore Gas Lift Project.
• Ensure all welding, fabrication, and installation tasks meet high industry standards, as well as safety and quality regulations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, making sure the team works effectively to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and handle any challenges or issues that arise on-site.
• Ensure that all activities comply with relevant offshore policies and safety protocols.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to the team to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Welder Foreman in offshore oil and gas projects.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Strong technical expertise in welding processes and fabrication techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
