The role:

We are looking for an O&M Excellence Manager to focus on advancing offshore wind farm O&M strategies, governance, and best practices across COP's global portfolio. This role ensures that O&M operations are optimized by developing frameworks, tools, and processes that support project teams. Working across multiple markets, the Excellence Manager will provide strategic advisory support, ensuring industry-leading practices are embedded within project execution.

Your key responsabilities will include:

  • Engage in projects from early-stage development through to the operational phase, supporting or taking lead on O&M strategies and set-up, OPEX, procurement, logistics etc.
  • Drive knowledge sharing across the organization to ensure that the best knowledge in the company is made available where and when required.
  • Lead and drive on a portfolio level the development and maintenance of O&M related processes, governance, supporting tools, contracts, cost, templates, lessons learned.
  • Review project deliverables, perform quality checks, and conduct governance check-ins as required during project lifetime.
  • Participate in M&A DD representing O&M.

Your experience:

  • Have more than 10 years of experience and demonstrated strong knowledge in offshore wind O&M.
  • Possess senior project management- and leadership experience.
  • Demonstrate commercial and business acumen with the ability to focus on the bigger picture.
  • Can navigate complex project decisions and communication towards senior management.
  • Have proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Maintain supply chain relationships and a market overview, in collaboration with Procurement.
  • Have experience establishing best practice of WTG OEM and balance of plant service contracts.
  • Track market and supplier technology developments and analyze the cost-benefit of portfolio implementations.
