The position
As a Diabetes Omnichannel Director, you will facilitate high-quality decision-making processes based on deep business understanding, competitive landscape and the healthcare ecosystem, and provide strategic direction and leadership to the marketing and omnichannel teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
You will be responsible to:
• Develop and execute a successful omnichannel strategy for the GLP-1 Diabetes portfolio to ensure an exceptional customer experience, maximize the portfolio’s value and reach, and enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and consistent omnichannel experience
• Utilise insights-driven decision-making processes to customise omnichannel strategies for every customers
• Lead campaign development of visual identity brand/portfolio,
• Oversee and refine core brand messages to ensure they are tailored to customer needs and coherent across brands and portfolio
• Be a strategic partner, providing customer-centric consulting skills, strategy design and coordination
• Identify and develop various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.) to ensure comprehensive market coverage and excellent customer engagement
Your responsibilities also include fostering meaningful interactions with stakeholders to achieve the desired business impact.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you hold a Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing /Life Sciences or a related field, and have minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, marketing or product management roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
We are looking for a candidate with following qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in people management
• Prior experience in marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, e-commerce, and digital marketing
• Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing successful omnichannel strategies that have fueled business growth
• Robust understanding of market research and the ability to analyse consumer trends effectively
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in managing teams efficiently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
On a personal level, you possess strong cross-channel understanding, proficiency in data analysis and adeptness with technology platforms, while maintaining a customer-centric mindset that ensures a continuously improving, consistent and personalized experience. Furthermore, your collaboration and management skills enable seamless teamwork across departments, while your change management abilities drive successful implementation of initiatives.
