The position
As our new Onboarding Coordinator you will be responsible for driving our monthly onboarding program for all new employees in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Bagsværd (BA), ensuring they will be fully equipped and informed about important aspects before starting in their respective roles.
Your main tasks will be:
Furthermore, you will work on a variety of projects with your colleagues ensuring smooth operations of our systems, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across different areas. You will work with a broad variety of stakeholders and be very visible in an exciting area.

About the department
You will be part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Site Bagsværd, which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 900 employees working day and night to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products for patients around the world. The onboarding team is anchored in Business Support and Inspection department, and the team consists of approx. 17 highly dedicated colleagues with broad experience and background within learning, development, production and training. We appreciate a good and social working environment and believe that it must be fun and rewarding to meet at work.
