Onboarding & Operations Manager

As our new Onboarding & Operations Manager, you will 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to onboarding Performativ’s clients.
• Create structured framework to ensure world class customer experience.
• Be a super-user and subject matter expert while promoting the value of the            product.
• Build relationships and be central to delivering customer experience.
• Assist in creating training and educational materials.
• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure pristine data quality.

What we’re looking for 

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 3+ years in client onboarding, project management, or operations in a fintech, SaaS, or financial services environment.
• Familiarity with asset management, family offices, or investment management workflows.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and familiarity in data reconciliation and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in MS office suite.
• Familiarity with custodian data flows would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python will be considered a plus.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business or a related field preferred.
