As our new Onboarding & Operations Manager, you will
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to onboarding Performativ’s clients.
- Create structured framework to ensure world class customer experience.
- Be a super-user and subject matter expert while promoting the value of the product.
- Build relationships and be central to delivering customer experience.
- Assist in creating training and educational materials.
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure pristine data quality.
What we’re looking for
Key Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3+ years in client onboarding, project management, or operations in a fintech, SaaS, or financial services environment.
- Familiarity with asset management, family offices, or investment management workflows.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and familiarity in data reconciliation and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in MS office suite.
- Familiarity with custodian data flows would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Python will be considered a plus.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business or a related field preferred.
