Design Letters, a B Corp certified Danish brand located in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, is looking for an enthusiastic Online Marketing Intern to join our team as soon as possible.

This internship is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in various areas of online marketing and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimizing the company’s online stores, including updating product listings, merchandising, and setting up campaigns.

• Support digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Klaviyo, Meta, and Google Ads.

• Collaborate with the creative team and help execute promotional campaigns.

• Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics, providing actionable insights.

• Design newsletters in Klaviyo to engage our audience.

• Assist in managing affiliate marketing campaigns and partner relationships.

• Help coordinate and grow the brand ambassador program, fostering relationships with influencers and partners.

• Prepare and distribute marketing materials on request for customers, partners, and press.

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing and eCommerce teams.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in eCommerce and digital marketing

• Good user experience on key social media platforms.

• Is curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn and try new approaches.

• Is familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar eCommerce tools (preferred but not required).

• Has great written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

• Has good Excel/sheet skills and basic knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and analytics tools.

• Is detail-oriented and organized, able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Brings a proactive, structured, and pragmatic mindset to the team.
