The position
As the Operational readiness Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Moreover, you will initiate, develop, and lead initiatives until the line-of-business can take over responsibility for setting up reporting, dashboards, and planning exercises. Collaborate on projects with other Novo Nordisk sites when applicable and lead decision-making activities while providing flexible ad hoc support on short notice. You will also manage communications with management and other units and follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties.

About the Department
Production Support is a department at our site AM HI, a production site which is part of our global production division; Product Supply – counting close to 14.000 employees worldwide. Production Support consists of 100 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds, all with the common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within AM HI. The site relies on a brand-new Aseptic Production as well as Assembly and Packaging lines, Material handling and Warehouses. Here we produce Diabetes and Obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide.
