Actief Hartmanns is recruiting for ATLANT 3D an Operations and Transformation Manager, that will play a crucial role in optimizing and transforming ATLANT 3D’s operational framework. In the role, you will lead Operational Excellence, Digitalization, and the Project Management Office (PMO).
Your role will involve hands-on leading transformation initiatives, developing the management system, overseeing the implementation of the Business Operation Strategy and System (BOSS), enhancing Quality Management Systems (QMS), and driving digital transformation. Additionally, you will manage the PMO to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
This is a cross-functional, hands-on role. You will work directly with team leaders and employees to streamline business processes, establish operational excellence (including QMS), and lead the company’s digital transformation efforts. You will ensure alignment, efficiency, and engagement at all levels, helping us build scalable, efficient operations while ensuring that every team feels empowered and involved in the company’s transformation.
In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the VP of Operations, collaborating across teams to drive ATLANT 3D's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Operational Excellence efforts by establishing and improving Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensuring scalable, efficient operations.
- Oversee the implementation of the Business Operation Strategy and System (BOSS), aligning operational initiatives with the company’s long-term strategy.
- Drive digital transformation, automating key processes and improving operational efficiencies by adopting digital tools.
- Manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and excellence across departments.
- Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement, empowering employees at all levels to contribute to the company’s operational transformation.
- Analyze data to provide insights for decision-making and to guide strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with team leaders to implement training, onboarding, and development frameworks that promote operational excellence and employee engagement.
Must-Have:
- Academic background in a technical field or management/business administration.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, business process management, or digital transformation roles, preferably in tech, manufacturing, or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment across departments and successful delivery.
- Experience establishing or improving Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a growing organization.
- Comfortable with digital tools and technologies, with a track record of successfully leading digitalization initiatives.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and tracking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others across various company levels.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with scalable business operations in fast-growing companies.
- Prior involvement in training programs, onboarding, and employee development frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Adaptable, proactive mindset with experience navigating dynamic and evolving environments.
- Knowledge of lean methodologies or similar frameworks for operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across functions within an organization.
Key Expected Results:
- Operational Excellence Implementation: Lead the successful implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure that key operational processes across the company are optimized for efficiency and scalability within the first year.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives, automating and streamlining at least 50% of core operational processes within the first 18 months, significantly improving cross-functional collaboration and project visibility.
- Project Management Office (PMO) Efficiency: Establish a fully operational PMO that ensures all major projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, leading to a 20% increase in project delivery success rate by the end of year one.
