Customer Assistance
Support customers through phone calls, email, and other channels, primarily in English.
Assist with resolving general inquiries and basic troubleshooting needs, escalating as necessary.
Keep records of customer interactions and support cases to ensure efficient follow-up and case resolution.
Operational and Administrative Assistance
Manage and process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) cases, coordinating timely follow-up and resolution.
Handle order processing tasks, including data entry, tracking, and liaising with logistics for on-time deliveries.
Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing a helpful and friendly first point of contact.
Process and Documentation
Create, update, and organise documentation, such as support guides and customer-facing materials.
Provide feedback to help optimise support processes and improve efficiency across operations.
No formal education needed.
Experience in customer support, administration, or a similar role is a positive asset.
Analytical Reasoning & problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
