Aqua d’Or is facing an exiting journey ahead implementing IWS – Integrated Work System. IWSis a proprietary way of improving manufacturing reliability, reducing costs and elevating productivity. As an integral part of our new team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our factory, renowned for innovation, agility and uncompromising quality! 

This is a full time, permanent position with start as soon as possible. You will be based in our location in Brande, and are expected to work on site at least 4 days/week. 
As our Operations Controller, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to establish Aqua d’Or as the Centre of Excellence in manufacturing. Reporting to the Operations Director, your mission will be to optimize the financial performance of our Aqua d’Or factory through robust planning, decision support, and performance monitoring techniques. You'll serve as a strategic business partner to our local Department Managers, Shared Service Centre, and our European Finance team, actively contributing to the success of our operations. This is a new position and you will be a part of an exiting journey, budling a team and new ways of working!
