Job Description:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating our daily production. Your primary responsibilities will include:

-Planning daily production and ensuring we meet our delivery deadlines.

-Developing production forecasts in collaboration with our gelato artisans and manager.

-Managing agreements and communication with suppliers, employees, and customers.

-Ensuring an efficient purchasing process and optimizing inventory management.

-Continuously monitoring production processes to identify improvement opportunities.

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:

-Experience in operations, production, or similar fields.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Experience with purchasing and supplier management is an advantage.
