As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all processes are efficiently managed and fulfilled. You’ll be responsible for implementing and optimizing new and existing processes across the company, streamlining our operations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Additionally, you’ll spend 30% of your time doing something you are GREAT at outside of operations! So let's figure out what this is during the hiring process!
An example could be to manage partnerships with marketing agencies and work to grow our relationships with them, but it could also be something else.
Optimize and Implement Processes: Review, improve, and introduce new processes to ensure operational efficiency across teams in the company.
Monitor Operations: Make sure all operations are running smoothly and processes are being followed. Track key operational metrics and processes, ensure smooth day-to-day activities, and resolve any bottlenecks that may occur.
Collaborate across departments: Work closely with different departments to align operations and processes.
Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and continuously look for ways to improve.
Overall the main goal of your day is to ensure that everything at confect is running smoothly.
Operational Expertise: 1+ year of experience in operations or a similar role, with a focus on optimizing processes.
Process-Oriented: You have a flair for streamlining workflows and creating efficient systems.
Problem Solver: Able to identify challenges and implement solutions quickly.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools and software to manage operational workflows.
Quick Learner: You adapt easily to change and are eager to learn new processes, tools, and systems.
Language: Fluent in English; Danish is NOT required.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: You want to learn, take initiative and go the extra distance in terms of making our team succeed. You don’t need to be an expert on everything from the beginning, but you have to be curious and driven to make our team succeed.
