The position
The primary responsibility of this role is to understand and analyse business needs. You will become a Security Champion for all office buildings.
Your main tasks will be to:
Drive, maintain and develop the pipeline of security equipment projects and ensure continuous improvement and future consolidation
Maintain annual Security risk assessments for administrative buildings, and continuously improve the security level to ensure compliance with Global Security requirements
Collaborating with team members and other relevant stakeholders exploring, promoting, and implementing strategies for enhancing collaboration through standardised processes
Ensure standardised step-by-step process flow is followed to ensure successful operationalisation of new security equipment
Ensure excellent project management, oversight, and execution of strategic projects, optimizing how we work, while driving cross-area activities, such as the strategy process, and securing knowledge
Qualifications
As an ideal candidate, you hold a degree in building construction, Facility Management, project management, engineering or similar and have minimum of 3 years of work experience in using best practices, with knowledge of business issues to improve FM setup and services.
Furthermore, you possess the following qualifications:
Stakeholder management experience with ability to advise businesses on security equipment needs and articulate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner, and turning them into engaging presentations
Structured and skilled in navigation of high complexity projects
Fluency in spoken and written English and Danish
Preferably, understanding of various security equipment such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and alarms
Basic technical understanding of security systems and equipment, to effectively support businesses in making informed decisions, and assess security risks for businesses to recommend appropriate equipment and solutions, will be considered advantageous
Experience with managing contracts, budgets, and a complex vendor setup as a plus
As a person, you work independently, pay attention to details, and can plan, visualise, and prepare tasks within scope, cost, risk, and time. Moreover, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills to create relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Furthermore, you have excellent analytical and planning skills, and are used to working with an agile mind-set, while showing strong sense of responsibility, fully owning your work tasks, and focusing on performance and continual improvement.

About the department
You will be part of the ‘Access Control & Advisory’ team which consists of 4 dedicated and diverse employees. The main responsibility of the department is advisory regarding technical requirements and specifications for connecting approved and standardized security equipment.
