Apply now for a life-changing career!

The position

In our department, we are responsible for the development and deployment of 3 of Novo Nordisk's coolest applications. Your primary role will be to ensure high user adoption and value realisation. This is done by supporting the rollout of our applications at as many of our sites as possible. It may sound simple, but it is a demanding job where you need to navigate through all layers of the organisation to ensure change management and successful use of our applications.

As an Organisational Change Partner, you will have the responsibility of being involved with the development team, end-users, and the product itself. Our application digitises Novo Nordisk's workflows and supports our sites to effectively run production so we can serve our patients.

You will play a key role in:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy targeting management and end-users to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Collaborate with production sites to prepare for the adoption of new technologies and digitalization initiatives.
  • Design and deliver introduction and training packages to enable local sites to effectively utilize implemented technologies.
  • Plan and lead change management activities, including readiness surveys, impact assessments, leadership engagement, and value realization efforts.
  • Support the global rollout of digital applications by visiting sites, gathering end-user feedback, and fostering active user communities for continuous improvement.

An application rollout is an Organisational Change Management process, and you can systematically ensure, that users learn new behaviours and skills and thereby adopt the application. To achieve this, you will need to enjoy and be comfortable, working with people and facilitating workshops, as well as sharing knowledge through training sessions.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on all our Danish sites regularly and occasionally also on international sites. There could be some travel activity when a new site needs to be onboarded to our applications.

Qualifications

As a person, you are passionate about agile methodologies and thrive in service-oriented environments where you can take ownership and deliver results. You approach problem-solving with a data-driven mindset, proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions to optimize applications and processes. Self-driven and highly motivated, you consistently demonstrate initiative and a strong commitment to achieving goals. Your technical and analytical expertise allows you to evaluate change effectively and facilitate seamless technology adoption. Furthermore, you excel in communication, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, presenting to large audiences, and building strong, collaborative communities.

In addition, you have:

  • Relevant academic education and passion for IT & Digitalisation, Organisational Change Management, communications, business administration, psychology, or relevant
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in change management, project management, training, and communication within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Experience from the production shopfloor, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions, and the ability to develop outstanding communication and training material
  • Driver's license and car, so you can easily travel to our Danish sites.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint), video editing tools (e.g., Synthesia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), different LMS and training systems
  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Danish is a huge advantage
