OT Security Architect

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the wind industry. Your role will be to create and manage an OT Security implementation plan and roadmap for the implementation of people, process and the technological stack within the OT space across all the client's business units (power plants). You shall foresee support for technical OT Security project management, resource capability gaps, and various ancillary duties required to initiate, implement, and conclude OT Security at each assigned BU. You shall defines the technical project standards and guidelines as well as sets up adequate documentation with also establishing the for technical and project governance structure. In addition, you will evaluate and identify best practices in its specific industry and implements them aligned with strategic and tactical business objectives of the business.

You will join the OT architecture team which will be of the type of process and policy landscape impacting client's business units' way to work globally where design, procure, build or operate power plants.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Solid experience with integrating and managing interfaces for implantation of IT/OT security architectures and security solutions, preferably having been on the track from start to fully integrate a functional system with security requirements / architectures and solutions
• Broad hands-on experience with designing and verifying larger IT/OT security architectures and with establishing an architecture management life cycle process for a large organization
• Able to facilitate a change in organizational culture and mindset progressively across the organization before processes get adopted and becomes institutionalized
• Solid and demonstrable experience working with risk-based frameworks, including the execution of the risk assessments, implementation/prioritization of mitigations, and communication of residual risk to decision makers
• Ability to address and communicate security principles / requirements to non-security people
• Experience with security regulations and compliance frameworks of ISO 27001, 62443 or similar
• Ability to understand and address the issues relating to organization change management and reflect on best approaches for implementing across the organization
• Several years of experience with communicating security practices and needs to Senior Mgt. level
• Experience with implementation and transition planning of OT Security Architectures
• Experience with the creating a formalized integration experience as an integration specialist with experience in as many as possible domains
• Strong English skills - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensure tracking major solution KPIs, and forecasting metrics related to the projects, programs, portfolios, resources, risks, etc.
• Generate reports for different levels of management to help them make timely decisions.
• Extend into Procurement, Vendor Management, EPC and commissioning practices at Offshore, Onshore, P2X, Bio businesses in the client to ensure consistency and help Build a base line security program for legacy brownfield assets whilst also sharing the plenty of learnings, lessons, skills, and experience acquired during technical program management
• Create a formalized integration experience as an integration specialist with experience in as many as possible domains
• Support the establishment and maintenance of the security engagement and operating model with various parts of client’s security value chain
• Address the need for OT principles (risk based thinking, design-to-operate and security-by-design) into all decisions requires people´s mindset to change.
• Lead and empower the muti tier teams and individuals to go out in respective scope/package areas and impact the development of the specific product roadmaps for building in security by design for green field projects and operational security for brown field projects
• Technical management to ensure building standardized OT security solutions to design, implement and operate the systems with the desired competences level consistently
• Act as role model for OT security agenda and thereby lead and impact the path forward
