IO Interactive is seeking a talented individual to join our team in a role that will support all of our studios and projects. Currently, we are working on two exciting game projects: Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story, and Project Fantasy, an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre.

As we continue to develop these projects, we require a Outsourcing Specialist to support our teams across all studios, ensuring that our development processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your Mission:

As our Outsourcing Specialist, you will take charge of maintaining and developing relationships with our various outsourcing studios and freelancers - ensuring good working relations, high quality output and timely deliveries.

• Your experience and expertise within the various disciplines of game development will be crucial as you work alongside our development teams to ensure that our external partners become an ingrained and valued part of our daily work.
• Your understanding of project management and resource forecasting will be essential as you will work with our game producers to estimate future outsourcing needs.
• Evaluating vendors and working tightly together with our Procurement Specialist to identify the best ones out there will be a significant part of your work.
• Collaborating with our Procurement Specialist and Legal Team, you will help maintain the grand overview of IOI Outsourcing partners, contracts, and deadlines. Ensuring that we always have the insights needed at hand.
• You will safeguard IO Interactive by implementing effective follow-up and control of the work of our outsourcing vendors.
• Staying ahead of market trends in the gaming industry and applying this insight to our outsourcing practices will be part of your mission. 

You are:

• An experienced individual with at least 5 years in Games Development, ideally working with AAA games.
• Skilled in understanding the various disciplines of games development, assessing the needs of different teams, and translating these needs to external vendors.
• A proven expert in working with outsourcing vendors, managing supplier relationships, and running quality assurance in the work delivered.
• An independent, proactive worker with a keen eye for detail.
• A confident decision-maker with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• You have a university degree, preferably in Game Design and Development as well as proven project management and business administration experience.
