Job description:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be vital in supporting the CEO’s day-to-day activities. We expect that you will spend half of your worktime on this role.
The other half of your worktime will be dedicated to cross-organisational activities. All in all, with this job, you will get a broad variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will ensure that the CEO has a smooth, effective and well-organised working day and agenda. Your tasks will include:
When focusing on cross-organisational activities, your role will reflect that you will be part of our Strategy & Company Functions team which covers Finance, HR, Legal, support to the CEO and the Board of Directors, Strategy, Communications and Office Management. We all have broad roles, and you should be ready to take on many different tasks and expect that the role will evolve over time.
Requirements:
We expect that you are an experienced Personal Assistant who works in an independent and professional manner. You can navigate at an executive level and with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. In addition, you are
