Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pakistani Grill and Street Food Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to prepare and present authentic Pakistani dishes, with a focus on grill and street food. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a deep knowledge of Pakistani culinary traditions and a desire to showcase them to an international audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Pakistani grill items such as Chicken Tikka, Chapli Kebab, Seekh Kebab, and other barbecue dishes with traditional spices and techniques.
• Cook and present authentic street food like Samosas, Pakoras, Bun Kebab, and Chaat.
• Maintain the quality, consistency, and authenticity of all dishes.
• Develop new menu items and specials, bringing creative input while staying true to Pakistani culinary heritage.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are strictly followed in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and maintain the supply of fresh ingredients.
• Provide exceptional food presentation, keeping visual appeal in mind.

Qualifications:

• Culinary education or professional certification in Pakistani cuisine from a recognized institution in Pakistan.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef specializing in Pakistani grill and street food.
• Strong knowledge of spices, marinades, and traditional cooking methods.
• Creativity in designing authentic and fusion dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
