At CERE, you will work on projects that uses electrical power to capture CO2 and cleaning gasses for impurities. You will be part of a team that is developing the next generation of gas cleaning technologies in collaboration with national and international partners.
At CERE, we are building a world-leading research group in gas cleaning technologies.
The scientific field of gas cleaning, especially carbon capture, is growing, and we expect this to continue for many years to come. Our fields of research include fundamental measurements of chemical properties, laboratory experiments, thermodynamic modelling of electrolytes and pilot plant operation.
The job
As part of the team, your job will consist of modelling of key components in PtX gas cleaning system and include laboratory work. The tasks could also include:

We seek a candidate who has an interest in and very much enjoys laboratory work, including data collection and analysis, literature research, report writing, and dissemination. You should be a team player, capable of working independently, be strong in detail, and proficient in English
A completed bachelor degree is required.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.
Working hours are on average 8 hours per week. The period of employment is 1 year and the start date will be according to mutual agreement.
The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus.
