Seek+See is a CultureTech start-up based in Copenhagen offering self-guided treasure hunt experiences targeted at families. We sell online to end-customers and have a cooperation with a museum. Our mission is to activate families to spend quality time together and to explore actively and sustainabily while having fun and learning.

We have achieved proof-of-business and are now looking for a part-time COO and Co-founder to take the reins of our Operations and scale the business.
As the COO, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth execution of key initiatives, and driving the operational side of the company forward. You’ll collaborate with the CEO to turn vision into action, with a focus on growing the business efficiently and effectively.
Drive & Execute: Own the execution of the company’s operational and growth strategies, from process optimization to scaling globally (e.g. development of a creator-mode to allow non-developers to create new experiences)
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. You’ll leverage your experience to build scalable strategies and manage the marketing pipeline.
Roll up your sleeves: A “doer” mentality is crucial — you’ll need to be hands-on in implementing processes, solving challenges, and getting things done!
Startup Experience: You’ve either founded or worked in a startup environment and have hands-on experience.
Drive & Ambition: You are highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about building something from the ground up.
Marketing & Sales Expertise: You have experience driving marketing strategies, managing sales funnels, and building revenue-generating systems.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with FlutterFlow (or similar no-code tools) is a big plus, but we’re open to anyone eager to learn and leverage the latest tools to drive efficiency.
Networked & Resourceful: You bring a relevant professional network to the table and know how to leverage it to grow the business.
Operations Mindset: You thrive in process-oriented roles and know how to streamline and scale operations efficiently.
Hands-On Leader: You’re a "get-things-done" type of person who is not afraid to get your hands dirty and implement strategies yourself.
Ownership & Impact: As a co-founder, your work will have a direct impact on the trajectory of the company. Your input matters, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape the business in meaningful ways.
