What does a Customer Support Assistant do at Eupry?

As our Part-time Customer Support Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. Your flexible schedule may include both day and evening shifts, allowing you to connect with customers across different time zones via phone, email. You will be expected to work mostly morning shifts every day, but may be required to cover evening shifts from time to time, instead.

In this role some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Respond to customer tickets in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email.
  • Report product malfunctions
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the correct customer information is communicated

Your character shines through your tolerance and consideration for others. While you enjoy working in a team, you are also comfortable working independently. Making a positive first impression is important to you, and you firmly believe that you can achieve this by consistently adopting a polite and empathic approach.

Here are some qualities that we are looking for:

  • Fluency in Danish and English is required (and any other language is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Service-minded with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Must have a working permit in Denmark and residency in Denmark
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous
  • Technical understanding of WiFi services is considered a plus

Your new Operations Team
Eupry's team consists of over 20 nationalities, all working together on a mission to create user-friendly storage compliance solutions that will significantly improve the way our medicine, food, and other sensitive goods are stored and transported. As a member of the Customer Support team, you will be reporting to the Customer Support Manager.
