The position

Your primary responsibility will be to support the department with PAS-X system support when something needs attention to continue production. Additionally, you will be responsible for looking for optimisation potential and then implement the updates afterwards ensuring that the PAS-X system instructions for operation is up to date.
Your role will be critical in ensuring that employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.

Your main tasks will include but not be limited to:

Daily support to department and lines.

Designing simple, engaging, and efficient training material.

Identifying optimisation needs and applying relevant updates.

Creating and maintaining instructions for the area.

Maintaining training of end users and supporters.

All above will be performed in close collaboration with end-users, process experts, and managers.

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

You have experience with the operation part of PAS-X

You have experience in the pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing company.

You possess strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate on all levels of the organisation.

Experience working with standards and ensuring quality.

About the department
You will become a part of the Validation Support team. We are located in Hillerød and our department is responsible for providing support to our isolator filling lines. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology for filling aseptic products for patients worldwide.
We collaborate broadly across all disciplines, cultures, and departments, from operators and craftsmen who operate the line, to professionals, specialist’s, and experts in troubleshooting and daily operation.
