ABOUT THE JOB
Together with our dedicated Pastry team, you will be responsible for the creative preparation of our pastries both for our Michelin star restaurant & Maison d´Angleterre. Our Pastry team is run by our talented Executive Pastry Chef, Freja Krarup. It is a great opportunity to learn from the best as well as to bring your sense of perfection. You will work closely with the Marchal team and other departments of the Hotel to ensure smooth service that elevates our guests.
