Patient Safety Associate (Konsult)

Inizio Inizio Engage Danmark (tidligere Ashfield) søger 1 Patient Safety Associate (Sr Associate/Manager) på vegne af en kunde til et konsulentopdrag på måneder og med start i Oktober.

Job Role Description:

This role is an affiliate Patient Safety/pharmacovigilance role in the Clients Nordic Patient Safety team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Serve as a point of contact for reception and collection of Adverse Event (AE) reports, AE case entry into the safety database, AE case follow-up activities.

· Expedited and periodic reporting, risk minimization activities, maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File.

· Ensure appropriate monitoring, interpretation and implementation of Nordic pharmacovigilance legislations/regulations.

· Responsible for appropriate communication between local and Nordic affiliate teams, Global Patient Safety team, and other relevant stakeholders both internally and externally; represent Patient Safety in affiliate projects and cross-functional teams.

· Ensure local business alliance and third-party safety agreements are in place, up-to-date and followed as required.

· Provide training for colleagues and business partners.

The role is primarily responsible for Scandinavian pharmacovigilance activities, but will also be involved in managing cross-Nordic tasks.

Experience Level / Seniority

Preferably some experience of affiliate patient safety tasks (preferably minimum 2 years in a similar role).

Duration of Assignment

-Oct 4 to end of 5

If the candidate is able to start sooner than -Oct-4 this will be preferable.

Other relevant information:

Language requirements:

· Fluent in at least one of the Scandinavian languages, both written and verbal, and professional knowledge of medical terminology.

· Professional knowledge of English, including medical terminology

We prefer a candidate from the Copenhagen area, who can commute to the Client office in Copenhagen 2-3 days per week, but are open to other solutions with the right candidate.

Other minimum requirements include:

· Basic IT skills

· Ability to effectively interact and establish relationships with diverse groups and individuals, including virtual and across borders.

We are looking for a well-organized candidate who has attention to details, enjoys working as a part of a team, and preferably has a good understanding of quality systems.
