Logpoint, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, stands as a European cybersecurity force and we are now looking for our new People Business Partner to join us.

We seek a dynamic People Business Partner with a strong focus on Learning and Development (L&D) to join our People & Culture team. This role offers a blend of day-to-day People business partnering and ownership of key learning and development initiatives globally.

You will be part of an ambitious global P&C team divided between Kathmandu and Copenhagen. We are dedicated to creating a culture of belonging and a healthy organizational that delivers amazing business results.

Your day to day:

You’ll have ownership over:

People Specific:

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on handling employee relations issues and career development conversations.

Plan, organize, and facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and team sessions

Lead and manage the rollout of annual People & Culture activities, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent assessments.

Learning and Development:

Work together with the P&C team to build our capability strategy and develop initiatives

Co-create and implement a career framework that outlines clear growth paths

Orchestrate workshops and learning sessions

Your professional toolbox: 

5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar HR role

Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.

Experience working with career frameworks and how to couple them with performance and development processes

Knowledge of modern learning tools and methodologies.

Ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a strong focus on employee experience.

Who you are:
