People Consultant (Maternity cover)
As one of our colleagues has gone on maternity leave, we are looking for a proactive people professional with a peoples-mindset to join our People & Culture team. As our new People Consultant, you will provide HR support across all areas of human resources, from talent management to employee relations to organisational development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with a mix of administrative tasks and ad hoc responsibilities. You will support strategic P&C initiatives while handling a variety of incoming requests that require quick thinking and adaptability. Collaborating with different departments, you will provide guidance on HR best practices, address people-related challenges, and help foster a positive work environment that aligns with our company values.

How you’ll contribute:
What makes you a great fit
You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field and, preferably in a administrative role. You bring a strong understanding of HR best practices, Danish labor laws, and have proven experience with recruitment.
In addition, you excel at building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and are skilled in communication and collaboration. Your strong administrative skills will enable you to efficiently manage processes, ensure smooth operations, and provide practical solutions that support HR initiatives. You’ll handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion while maintaining organisation and accuracy.
Effectively staying organized and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring seamless workflows and contributing to the overall success of both the team and the business
Please note: This is a maternity cover position with an expected duration of 10-12 months. The exact length will be agreed upon before the start of employment
