We are looking for a professional HR person to take on the role of P&O Coordinator with reference to our General Manager and as part of the management group.

The job
As P&O Coordinator you will have direct reference to SBS General Manager and dotted line reference to the P&O Global Central Function of Brembo in Italy. As such you will work in an international environment where you are responsible for both the day-to-day HR-operations in SBS Friction in Svendborg and for representing SBS Friction in the Brembo Group at a global level.

SBS is on a strong growth path with a clear strategic direction, and the P&O Coordinator’s main job is to ensure that everything related to HR and employees runs smoothly, so that we can maintain high employee satisfaction and commitment, grow talent and ensure timely succession.

Your areas of responsibility

  • Support for the implementation of organizational development, talent acquisition, training, development, talent management and compensation activities for SBS Friction in line with Brembo Group P&O policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for workforce planning activities and related plan preparation and monitoring
  • Continuous monitoring of personnel indicators for SBS Friction, collaborating with the internal stakeholders of the relevant areas to define and prepare improvement plans and measures
  • Support internal stakeholders of the relevant areas in identifying, developing, and retaining talents/successors
  • Employee relationship management
  • Employee relationship compliance with Corporate regulations and Danish labour law
  • Payroll oversight
  • Participate in Brembo Group P&O meetings and knowledge sharing forums

Your profile
We are looking for a trusted professional and reliable person, thrilled at the opportunity to take on the responsibility of HR in a growing industrial company and in a global network. You will combine HR support to your peer leaders in the company with Brembo Group related tasks, and therefore we are looking for someone with experience in systematic and fact-based HR work and projects, as well as the day-to-day HR-role in an industrial company.

Key points that we expect you to match

  • Academic education at a minimum bachelor level
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience with HR roles in an operating company (e.g. HR Manager/HR Chef)
  • Direct personality who handles conflicts in a constructive and proper manner
  • Proactive person available to work hands-on
  • Experience with reporting of HR metrics
  • Preferably experience from an industrial company (DI Collective Agreement insight)
  • Preferably experience with DEI, talent management and succession planning
  • Proficient Danish and English language skills
