We are looking for a professional HR person to take on the role of P&O Coordinator with reference to our General Manager and as part of the management group.
The job
As P&O Coordinator you will have direct reference to SBS General Manager and dotted line reference to the P&O Global Central Function of Brembo in Italy. As such you will work in an international environment where you are responsible for both the day-to-day HR-operations in SBS Friction in Svendborg and for representing SBS Friction in the Brembo Group at a global level.
SBS is on a strong growth path with a clear strategic direction, and the P&O Coordinator’s main job is to ensure that everything related to HR and employees runs smoothly, so that we can maintain high employee satisfaction and commitment, grow talent and ensure timely succession.
