People Performance Manager
Are you experienced in performance management and do you thrive in supporting others and driving smooth processes?
We are looking to grow the leadership team at The Ellen Group at AC Bella Sky Hotel with a Performance Manager. This role is ideal for a personable and supportive leader who is detail-oriented and has a thorough understanding of performance and team management.
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving and further developing our performance management processes. You will work alongside two other leaders, leading a total of 110 employees in the department.
You will be responsible for being a trusted advisor to the other leaders in your team. While each of you has individual operational responsibilities, you are supporting and coaching them in conducting performance management for their employees.
In your own area, you will be the primary contact for both the customer and senior management at TEG, overseeing the performance at the hotel. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following key tasks:
• Managing performance and leading feedback conversations
• Managing recruitment by conducting interviews and selecting candidates who will positively contribute to the team
• Day-to-day management and driving continuous development and improvements
• Leading meetings and ensuring follow-up on team performance
• Coordinating training plans and conducting assessments to support team success
About You
• You are experienced and passionate about performance management and passionate about leadership.
• You have strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
• You are a self-starter, with energy and the ability to put things into motion and bring good ideas to life.
• You are analytical, good at identifying improvements in processes and helping your team put these improvements into practice.
• You are structured and able to manage meetings, create project plans, and follow up on deliverables across teams without micromanaging.
• You have an affinity with coaching and enjoy guiding others with empathy and care.
• You contribute to creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and communicate in a clear, engaging way.
• Fluency in English is required. Danish is an advantage but not essential.
