We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Buying & Design team, as we are embarking on an exciting journey of growth and innovation. 

YOUR TEAM
You will take on a central position in our Buying & Design team, working closely with our Buying & Design Director, management team, and talented professionals across the organisation. 
After a year in our Buying & Design department, you will transition into a similar role in one of SELECTED’s other departments. We are an ambitious and fast-paced organisation, so you are in for an exciting ride with a wealth of opportunities.

YOUR ROLE
As a Personal Assistant, you will be an integral part of our organisation, providing essential administrative and project management support to the Buying & Design team. You will collaborate closely with the Director and other key stakeholders, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve both routine tasks and independent projects, offering a dynamic and varied workday.

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Acting as a strategic sparring partner on organisational development and business initiatives.
  • Developing and improving processes and workflows across departments.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Preparing presentations for internal and external communication on behalf of the Buying & Design Director.
  • Coordinating and planning meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Managing collection flow, updating and following up on deadlines in the team’s annual calendar.
  • Collaborating with SELECTED’s PA group and corporate functions within BESTSELLER.
  • Supporting HR-related activities such as contracts, leave management, and absence tracking.
  • Assisting in recruitment processes within the department.

    We are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen and strategic insight. A keen interest in organisational development, and the ability to make even small changes that lead to significant improvements, are highly valued. You should be solution-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of translating strategy into actionable plans. Excellent communication skills are key to ensuring clarity across different levels of the organisation, from team members to external partners. The ability to simplify complex information and adapt communication for varied audiences is essential.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience from a similar position as Personal Assistant
  • Mastering the MS Office package and curios about new systems and tools
  • Strong collaboration- and communication skills
  • Fluency in both Danish and English—written and spoken.
