The position
As the PA you will oversee a broad spectrum of administrative, financial, communication and HR-related tasks. You will report directly to the VP of RA Submissions and be part of the leadership teams ensuring efficient and seamless support across RA Submissions.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
Furthermore, you will handle many day-to-day ad hoc tasks and troubleshooting in support to the VP and the area. You will also actively participate in the GRA PA group, supporting an optimal cross-functional administrative collaboration and activities such as communication, training programs and large-scale events.
The position is a full-time role based in Søborg, Denmark.

About the department
In RA Submissions we are approx. 65 regulatory professionals organized in 5 hybrid teams working across Søborg, Bangalore, Portugal and Polen. We are responsible for the submission of our regulatory applications from initial development and throughout the lifecycle of products within the Novo Nordisk product portfolio. Moreover, we are ensuring that our regulatory systems enable operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
