Be part of revolutionizing the construction industry with cutting-edge technology by supporting the CEO of Maturix in driving our vision forward!
You’ll have a dynamic and fast-paced workday with diverse responsibilities and tight deadlines. As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and the execution of strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinating internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
Preparing and proofreading reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Organizing and maintaining files and documentation.
Supporting project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Acting as a liaison between the CEO and team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Handling ad hoc tasks to ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides (or similar tools).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Prior experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a meticulous eye for detail, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. Your educational background is less important than your ability to adapt and make things happen.
The most important thing is that you are good at getting things done and you are a“self-starter” and have a quality-conscious and punctual approach to your tasks. You are motivated by providing good service and support, getting tasks executed - and not least making a difference.
Proactive and self-driven with a “can-do” attitude.
Flexible and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Enthusiastic, resourceful, and eager to learn.
