We’re looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our leadership team, as we are embarking on an exciting journey.
YOUR TEAM
You will join our team of two directors and a manager of Buying & Product Administration. We work in close collaboration, constantly challenging one another to improve and grow. Our team dynamic fosters a supportive environment where we all strive to bring out the best in each other. You’ll play an essential role in our shared goals, contributing your unique strengths and insights to help us all succeed. YOUR ROLE
As a Personal Assistant, you will be an integral part of our organisation, providing essential administrative and project management support to the team. You will collaborate closely with the managers and other key stakeholders, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve both routine tasks and independent projects, offering a dynamic and varied workday. You will on daily basis analyse our KPI’s and work with our performance figures.
Maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times must be an integrated part of your daily practice.
