We are looking for a skilled and passionate head chef for our Asian kitchen at Pho Copenhagen. As part of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting our delicious and authentic Asian dishes to our customers.

Tasks:

• Planning and coordination of kitchen activities
• Development of new menus and dishes
• Preparation and presentation of the food in accordance with our high standards
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and safe
• Train the new employees
• Supervise the proper sorting of waste

Qualifications:

• Experience with Asian cuisine, wok dishes
• Focus on quality and details
• Team player with strong leadership skills
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
