We are looking for a new colleague to take on a key role when it comes to planning and allocation of stock across all our own sales channels, covering e-commerce and retail. The position also focusses on trading our ecommerce partner channels as well as planning and all allocation of stock for these.

YOUR TEAM

You become a part of the Omnichannel Buying team, which is a closeknit team of colleagues with the responsibility for ensuring the right assortment for all own sales channels. As a result, we collaborate closely across our entire business – from Design and Buying to E-commerce, Sales and Retail.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Planner in Omnichannel Buying, you work with a variety of planning tasks of both analytical and operational character covering our own sales channels. A significant part of your job revolves around analysing, planning and trading our ecommerce partner channels as well as optimising our NOOS flow for all own sales channels. A more detailed overview of your task can be found below:

  • Responsible for operations of ecommerce partner channels and trading for marketplaces
  • NOOS stock responsible including weekly NOOS reviews and follow-ups and planning on-time phase-out for seasonal styles
  • Focus on stock turn and lifecycle management
  • Performance analysis and follow up
  • Returns analysis and follow up

YOUR PROFILE

You thrive in an analytical and operational role, where your strong analytical skills and your structured approach to tasks enable you to create structure and maintain a constant overview in a fast-paced work day. You base your decisions on good tradesmanship and have an eye for spotting possibilities that may contribute to developing our business and take great pride in contributing to an area with potential for great growth. In addition, we are looking for the following:

  • Graduated from an education in business, economics, supply chain or related field - alternatively, you have experience from a similar role within planning, buying or business analysis
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
