Planner / Primavera Planner

Your position 

Working within PtX, Energy Infrastructure, Carbon Capture and Oil & Gas our new colleague will have the chance to make a mark on pioneering projects in the onshore/off-shore sector.

You will be involved in both small and large-scale projects. 

You can expect to be professionally and personally challenged, and to become an integral part of a dedicated team always striving to deliver the best solutions. 

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 5-10 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities 
The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, exceptional planning skills, and be proficient in Primavera P6 software. As Planner, you will have an active participation in the implementation of both short- and long-term projects. This includes focus on the development and maintenance of project plans. 

You will act as an active sparring partner for projects managers and will have the following responsibilities: 

• Project Planning – including developing project plans to be shared with clients as well as other project members.
• Utilize Primavera P6 software to monitor project progress and manage project timelines. 
• Progress summaries and histograms according to internal procedures and customer-specific requirements
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Input for weekly and monthly reports.

Your profile & qualifications 

As a person you are proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible. You are structured and analytical in your work, and you can handle many tasks simultaneously. You can work independently as well as part of a team.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have: 

• Have extensive experience planning on large-scale technical projects.
• Have more than 3 years of project planning based on Primavera P6 software. 
• Understand the various processes related to project management.
• Have thorough data knowledge.
• Have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Are fluent in oral and written Danish and English
• Knowledge of safety standards relevant to (area of work
