The position
Novo Nordisk has an enormous investment project portfolio, for which a significant part is for construction of new facilities, many of which are in Denmark. In this role, your key task will be to support a smooth and integrated civil and construction compliance process in coordination with the site and project managers, ensuring a solid, timely and high-quality process to get relevant permits in place in line with external regulations and internal Novo Nordisk requirements and deadlines.

You also have great coordination skills with the ability to make progress whilst not forgetting important detail and a ‘can-do attitude’, even when the focus is on delivery and there is a lot to do.
About the department
This role is anchored in the Environmental Compliance & Expansion Support team, responsible for maintaining Novo Nordisk’s licence to operate via compliance with external requirements and support for our production expansion projects globally. We are part of PSQIT Strategy and Sustainability Department), located in Bagsværd at our HQ offices, a part of Product Supply Quality and IT (PSQIT) which is a modern technology organisation that practically drives the purpose of Novo Nordisk and delivers the highest quality to patients in an efficient and sustainable way.
In our department we are focus on environmental sustainability for which compliance is at the heart of everything we do. We translate our corporate strategies and environmental ambitions into concrete actions in a production context.
