The position
As our new PMO Change Manager within the P&O Mobility Team, your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:

To succeed in this role, the ideal person will possess a relevant academic degree in HR, Communication, Change Management or similar. Other key requirements include:

About the department
You will join the Mobility Development team in Global People & Organisation who is responsible for developing and implementing mobility improvement initiatives within the global organisation. The team is in Bagsværd, Denmark and Warsaw, Poland and works closely together with all corners of Novo Nordisk and the Global P&O organisation.
In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders we develop solutions, services, and processes supporting our Mobility Service teams and colleagues to ensure the smooth transition of employees across our global organisation. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and effective change management, we strive to create a positive and supportive environment for our employees.
